No — we take on maintenance and security work for systems built elsewhere too, after an initial audit to understand what's there.
What does 'AI governance support' actually mean?
If your business is already using AI tools or automations, we review how they access data, where they might fail silently, and put oversight and monitoring in place — so AI usage stays accountable, not a black box.
Is this a fixed monthly fee?
Yes. After the initial audit you get a written monthly quote for what's included. It doesn't change unless you ask for more scope.
Can we cancel if we no longer need it?
Yes, cancel anytime — effective at the end of the current billing month.
Can you help with GDPR compliance?
We're not a law firm, so we don't issue legal compliance certification — but we implement the technical side: data minimisation, access control, encryption, and backups aligned with UK GDPR requirements. For a full legal sign-off, we'd point you to a qualified advisor alongside the technical work.
